Produced in collaboration between disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly and the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Integrated Care System, this project ran alongside the Inclusive Recruitment: A Guide for ICB Hiring Managers materials, serving as a lived experience and dynamic addition to the guidance, acting as bite sized videos for people running short on time, or wanting to watch rather than read. The people and organisations featured in these videos were Joyte from Black Voices Cornwall, Matthew from Cornwall Pride, Terence from iSight Cornwall, Marie and Sandy from CAAP.
Issy led this project as a part of her role as Lived Experience Programme Manager, producing frameworks for the interviews, organising and working with the media team at disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly to edit the videos.
