Using Rage to Create Change Workshops – Facilitation

I created the Using Rage To Create Change Workshops originally when asked to host a workshop for The Women’s Centre Cornwall’s Ignite: International Women’s Day Public Event in March 2026. It was so well received that they asked me to come back and host the workshop at their Whole Team Development Day in June 2026. The workshop uses creative mapping methods in a trauma-informed, accessible way to help women connect to their own rage and each other’s, channelling it to create positive change.

The workshop is available for any organisation or business working with FLINTA people. FLINTA stands for Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans and Agender. I use this term to encompass the many forms that feminine rage can and does take. The workshop works specifically with the experiences of people socialised as women or expected to perform as feminine. The workshop is from an intersectional trans inclusive feminist standpoint.
